Beetroot Dip
Description
Easy beetroot dip - just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients
450 g
can of baby beetroot (chopped into 1/3 cm chunks) 1
pot of lite sour cream 2 T
cream cheeseSummary

Instructions
Chop up the beetroot and reserve a a tablespoon of the vinegar from the can.
Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. Add the beetroot and vinegar. Mix well. Taste and season further if required.
