Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

Description

Simple, fresh salad with tomato, basil and buffalo mozzarella.

Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients

3  
large tomatoes (sliced)
1  
ball buffalo mozzarella (large, sliced)
100 ml
olive oil
1⁄2 bn
basil (chopped)
1 pn
salt & pepper
1  
splash white wine vinegar (OPTIONAL)

Instructions

Slice tomatoes and mozzarella. Arrange on a plate, alternating slices of mozzarella and tomatoes.

Sprinkle over the basil. Drizzle over the olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.

OPTIONAL: splash with a little vinegar too depending on preference of taste.

4 small servings (good for an entrée/starter or a side)

Make sure you allow the ingredients to come up to room temperature before serving.
